Frequently asked questions.

+How secure is my data?

Access Control & Authentication
Role-based access control (RBAC) restricts system access to authorized users only. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an additional security layer.

Compliance & Certifications
We are currently in the process of ensuring the system complies with SOC 2, ISO 27001, VAPT, and other industry standards.

Secure Data Storage & Backups
Data is stored in a secure infrastructure with built-in redundancy. Regular, encrypted automated backups ensure data can be recovered if system failures occur.

Network & Infrastructure Security
Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and DDoS protection safeguard our infrastructure. We maintain continuous monitoring for suspicious activities and potential threats.

User Activity Logging & Auditing
The system logs all user actions to track activity and prevent unauthorized access.

Vendor & Third-Party Security
Third-party integrations undergo thorough security reviews. API access is protected through OAuth 2.0 and token-based authentication.

Regular Security Updates & Patch Management
Security patches and updates are applied regularly to prevent vulnerabilities. Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments are conducted periodically.

+Why Should I Update SPF, DMARC, and DKIM Settings Before Using Mass Mail?

SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance), and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) settings are essential email authentication protocols that need to be updated before using mass mailing because:

  • They help ensure proper whitelisting of SMTP servers for faster and reliable delivery of high-volume emails
  • They help prevent your emails from being marked as spam and protect your company’s domain reputation when sending mass emails

These authentication protocols, combined with Conrep’s features like:

  • Individual email sending rather than bulk delivery
  • Smart filtering of invalid emails and opt-outs

Help maintain your domain’s email deliverability and reputation while sending high volumes of emails.

+Does Conrep provide APIs to integrate with other products?

Yes, Conrep has a comprehensive list of APIs that can push data to other systems based on your integration needs.

If you’d like to integrate Conrep with an application that isn’t currently supported, we’d love to hear from you. Please verify that your application has API integration capabilities and provide documentation so we can assess compatibility. Our technical team will explore integration possibilities with your product’s development team.

+What if I encounter a technical issue?

Your first point of contact should be your Support Account Manager, who handles all product-related queries, from technical issues to billing.

You can also email support@conrep.com, which is actively monitored. When reporting a technical issue, please include a full-screen screenshot and describe the steps you were taking when the error occurred.

+Where can I find documentation or tutorials?

Product documentation, training videos, and module-specific video tutorials are provided during product deployment. If you are not sure whom to reach, please feel free to call our support or email support.

+Whats Conrep’s data retention policy?

For data deletion and retention requests, we require an email from an authorized company representative. After processing the backup and confirming billing cessation, we perform a complete data deletion, followed by a hard deletion to clear all records. Our support team will send an email confirmation once this process is complete.

Some customers request data retention to verify information or maintain records during transition periods.

During this process, the data is retained on our servers and in backups for 30 days and can be requested.

+How Does Conrep Provide Data After Subscription Cancellation?

Before permanently purging your data from our servers, we ensure you have complete access to it. We provide a database backup once your product’s end date is set, and if needed, we can arrange an additional delta backup to ensure a smooth transition.

We deliver your data as .mdb or .CSV attachments through an FTP server, which remains accessible for 5 days for downloading.

After this retention period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our security and compliance policies. However, if you reactivate your subscription before the deletion date, you’ll maintain access to your data.
